계정과 데이터 삭제
Sip에는 이름이나 이메일로 만드는 계정이 없습니다. 온보딩을 마치면
서버에 익명 계정이 하나 만들어지고, 아래 방법으로 언제든 지울 수
있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을
보세요.
앱 안에서 지우기 (권장)
- 앱 아래 프로필 탭을 엽니다.
- "데이터 초기화"를 누릅니다.
- 확인 문구에서 "모두 지우기"를 누릅니다.
기기의 기록, 서버의 기록, 계정 자체가 즉시 지워지고
앱은 처음 상태로 돌아갑니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 삭제에는 인터넷
연결이 필요합니다. 연결이 안 되면 아무것도 지워지지 않고 다시 시도할
수 있습니다.
앱을 이미 지웠거나 열 수 없을 때

"Sip 데이터 삭제 요청"이라고 보내 주세요. 서버에는 이름, 이메일 등
이용자를 특정할 정보가 없으므로, 어느 계정인지 찾을 수 있게 다음 중
아는 것을 함께 적어 주세요.
- 친구 탭에 있던 초대코드 (가장 확실합니다)
- 친구 탭에서 정한 닉네임과 대략의 사용 시작 시기
iPhone에서는 앱을 다시 설치하면 같은 계정을 자동으로 되찾으므로, 그
뒤 위의 "앱 안에서 지우기"를 쓰는 편이 빠릅니다. 이메일 요청은 한국
업무시간(KST) 기준 2영업일 안에 처리하고 답장을 드립니다.
무엇이 지워지나
- 계정(익명 식별자와 로그인 토큰)
- 날짜별 음주 기록
- 온보딩 설문 답변 (목표, 이유, 음주습관, 체중, 성별)
- 닉네임, 초대코드, 친구 연결과 차단 정보
전부 지워지고 남기는 것은 없습니다. 보관 유예 기간 없이 즉시
삭제되며 백업에서도 복구하지 않습니다. 친구의 화면에서도 내 기록이
사라집니다.
Delete your account and data
Sip has no account made with a name or email. Finishing onboarding
creates one anonymous account on our server, and you can delete it
at any time as described below. See the
Privacy Policy for details.
In the App (recommended)
- Open the Profile tab at the bottom of the App.
- Tap "Reset data".
- Tap "Delete everything" to confirm.
The records on your device, the records on the server, and the
account itself are erased immediately, and the App
returns to its initial state. This cannot be undone. Deletion needs
an internet connection; if it cannot connect, nothing is deleted and
you can try again.
If you have already uninstalled the App or cannot open it
Email contact@steamengine.kr
with the subject "Sip data deletion request". The server holds no
name, email, or other identifying details, so please include
whichever of the following you know so we can find the account:
- The invite code shown in your Friends tab (most reliable)
- The nickname you set in the Friends tab and roughly when you started using the App
On iPhone, reinstalling the App restores the same account
automatically, so it is usually faster to reinstall and then use the
in-app steps above. We handle email requests within two business
days (KST) and reply when done.
What is deleted
- The account (anonymous identifier and sign-in token)
- Your drinking log, by date
- Onboarding survey answers (goal, reasons, drinking habits, weight, sex)
- Nickname, invite code, friend connections, and blocks
Everything is deleted and nothing is kept. There is no retention
period: deletion is immediate and not restored from backups. Your
records also disappear from your friends' screens.
